David Orsinger has lived in Iowa most of his life. He is married and has four children and lives in Altoona, Iowa. David is a graduate from Iowa State University and was in the Boy Scouts of America, where he obtained the rank of Eagle Scout.

He has been helping clients as a Mortgage Loan Specialist for over 20 years, takes great pride, and receives great satisfaction in helping others. Whether it is to purchase a new home, second home, investment property or refinance your existing mortgage, he will work to find the best loan options available to fit your needs and reach your wishes and goals.

His goal is to provide the best customer service and provide honest, personal advice for your unique situation, before, during and after your loan closes.

He specializes in all types of purchase and refinance residential home financing including Conventional, FHA, 100% VA, 100% USDA, construction and HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgages).

Refinance loans available include Rate & Term, Cash-Out, Debt Consolidation and Term Reduction. If you currently have PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance), he has loan programs to reduce or eliminate it.

His team handles and controls the entire loan from start to finish right in our office including processing, underwriting, closing and funding allowing us to streamline the entire process and close on time.

He is also able to do loans in most states, so whether your needs are local, in state or out of state, David will get the job done.
